At Nascent Cookies Candles & More, every item is handcrafted in small batches and prepared with care. We take great pride in ensuring your order arrives beautifully packaged and protected.


🕯️ Processing Time

Because our products are made by hand, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During holidays or seasonal launches, processing times may extend slightly due to order volume.


📦 Shipping Methods

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines shown at checkout begin after your order has been processed.

  • Once your package is with the carrier, transit times are outside of our control.


🍪 Warm Weather & Edible Items

For cookies and other edible items, we take extra care in packaging to maintain freshness. During warmer months, we may adjust packaging to protect temperature‑sensitive goods.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.


💛 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received, or for delays caused by the carrier. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We’re always happy to assist where we can.


🌿 Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly help resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit. Photos may be requested to help us assess the situation.
